Ultitek's Departure Control System (DCS) Software Certified for SITA CUTE

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/24/08 -- Ultitek Ltd. (OTCBB: UITK) is pleased to announce that its Departure Control System (DCS) has been certified to integrate with SITA CUTE. DCS is a module of Regina airline system developed by TAIS, Ultitek's wholly owned subsidiary. SITA is a service provider of IT business solutions and communication services to the air transport industry. SITA's CUTE (Common Use Terminal Equipment) offers Java-based, end-to-end IP connectivity from host to the airport desktop that provides airlines with access to their own systems on an industry open platform. The integration is to begin this summer for one or two airports that are serviced by TAIS and the schedule of integration for all airports serviced by TAIS should be completed by the end of the year.
